Specialty ENRICHMENT & After School Rec Programs
The YMCA of San Diego County’s before- and after-school enrichment and recreational programming provides a safe environment where children will engage in imaginative play and activities that stretch both mind and body, including physical education, creative arts, science, cooking, swimming and more. Utilizing both indoor and outdoor spaces, students will follow all guidelines for health and safety.

Each day includes new curriculum or activities to help participants learn, build life skills, and develop healthy relationships — including healthy snacks, sports and games, art and music, tutoring, and more!

Mission Valley YMCA operates after-school recreational programs at Sacred Heart Parish School and Nipaquay Elementary School. These noncustodial programs provide educational assistance, daily physical activities, STEM & literacy programming, along with building life skills & developing healthy relationships.
Rancho Family YMCA
AFTER-SCHOOL RECREATION AT RANCHO FAMILY YMCA
Our YMCA afterschool program is a license-exempt, recreational program where students in grades K-5 will participate in educational assistance, daily physical activities, STEM & Art programming, along with building life skills & developing healthy relationships. Students will be split into smaller groups based on age/grade and our YMCA staff will organize games, arts & crafts and other recreational activities.
T. Claude and Gladys B. Ryan Family YMCA
AFTER-SCHOOL RECREATION AT RYAN FAMILY YMCA
Ryan Family YMCA operates an after-school recreational program at Barnard Mandarin Magnet Elementary. Students in grades K through 5 enjoy educational assistance, daily physical activities, STEM and art programming, while building life skills and developing healthy relationships. Students will be split into smaller groups based on age/grade.
Toby Wells YMCA

Toby Wells YMCA operates specialty and recreational programs at local schools. These noncustodial programs provide educational assistance, daily physical activities, STEM and literacy programming, while building life skills and developing healthy relationships.
Teens in Motion at Helix High School and Rancho Bernardo High School is an afters-school and full-day camp program for teens and young adults ages 12-22 with developmental disabilities. Our goal is to provide a safe space to foster friendships, learn life skills, & create fun opportunities for our students to thrive in our community.
