The AquaLogix Fitness System uses high intensity interval training along with patented, drag-resistant training equipment. If you are looking to increase your strength and endurance while staying cool in the pool, this is the class for you!MEDITATION

TRANFORMATION CHALLENGES
Looking for a great way to get back in shape? Over four weeks, our coaches will help you get stronger, improve your health and well-being and become the best version of yourself! This program incorporates all aspects of fitness including cardio, strength and nutritional support.
BOXING
Build power and strength! Learn proper boxing technique including footwork, combinations, dips, slips and blocking while getting a great cardio workout. All levels welcome and no experience required.

A fun, total-body workout that will challenge teenagers of all ages and fitness levels. Perfect for teens who want to improve their athletic performance or those who just want to be more agile. All team members will learn the appropriate techniques of exercising.

Boxing at the Y is a fun, beginner-friendly way for youth, teens, and adults to build confidence, coordination, and fitness. Classes focus on basic techniques and conditioning in a supportive, low-pressure environment—no experience needed.
MUAY THAI & Kickboxing
Muay Thai and Kickboxing offer a dynamic mix of striking techniques, cardio, and full-body conditioning. These classes are beginner-friendly and great for building strength, confidence, and stamina in a supportive setting.
HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training
HIIT training combines short bursts of intense exercise with brief recovery periods for an efficient, full-body workout. It’s a great way to boost endurance, burn calories, and build strength—no matter your fitness level.

AQUA STRONG
Aqua Strong is a low-impact workout in the pool that exercises your whole body. Taught by a certified personal trainer, this program is an ideal way to develop agility, balance, strength and endurance. If this is your first time in class, please plan to purchase course materials for $45.

Team Challenge is a small-group team training program that works for any goal. Over six weeks, you’ll be challenged to move more and eat more healthfully. Managing weight is just one part of the picture; we want to focus more broadly to help you be your best. You can earn points for yourself and your team by working out and practicing healthy living for a chance to win free personal training packages, YMCA swag and more.
WEIGHTLIFTING 101
Weightlifting 101 is a small-group training program designed to give you the opportunity to learn weight-training concepts and techniques used for obtaining optimal physical fitness. You will learn the basic fundamentals of weight-training and strength-training to build, tone and sculpt muscles to achieve your fitness goals.
YOUTH FITNESS AND SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Elevate your game with expert-led training designed for young athletes and active youth. Our Youth Fitness & Sports Performance Training programs focus on strength, agility, endurance, and injury prevention to help participants build confidence and excel in their sport. Senior Fitness
Unfamiliar with the equipment in our Fitness Center? Want to learn how to train smart at the YMCA? If you are 50+ and looking to increase strength and mobility, improve cardiovascular health and enhance your balance — this program is for you!
Join certified Personal Trainer Laura in a month-long beginner training program. You will learn how to maximize your workout in the fitness center with a warm-up, proper technique on the machines and a cool-down.
